ABOUT SHIN
SHIN was founded in 2005. Our restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and warm hospitality are loved by the people of the city and are becoming part of the community.

Executive chef-Shinsuke.
After graduating from high school, he was trained by an excellent sushi chef for 18 years. Traditional Japanese sushi is made of the best use of seasonal ingredients. He knows the taste of all the ingredients and creates the best dishes.
Seasonal dishes herald the arrival of the season. Since moving to the United States, he has been trying to expand the range of his cuisine by using ingredients unique to America. His creative cuisine attracts the attention of visitors.
